 Please sign-up for this optional program! This is a NEW school-based health service opportunity at Camp Taylor Elementary.  This program allows JCPS Students and Staff to see a provider at Norton Healthcare through a secure video connection while at school in the nurse’s office. The school nurse will work with the Norton Healthcare provider to perform a virtual examination and testing as needed.

The only school supply your student needs is a regular size backpack (no wheels). All other supplies are provided by Camp Taylor Elementary.

Please register your Kroger Plus Card by calling 1-800-576-4377 (choose option 3) or online at www.kroger.com/communityrewards once you’ve signed it go 

to “Join Community Rewards Program”.  Enter Camp Taylor‘s NPO# 11648 or search for Camp Taylor Elementary.  Now each time you shop at Kroger, simply 

scan your Kroger Plus Card or enter your alternative ID# and you can earn rewards with Kroger and also earn rewards for Camp Taylor at the same time!  

Starting July 1, 2018, the state of Kentucky will be requiring all students in Kindergarten through grade twelve to provide proof of having received 2 doses of 

hepatitis A vaccine. Since the minimum spacing between the 2 doses is six months, families are asked to complete the first dose prior to the beginning of the 

new school year on August 15, 2018. Please call your pediatrician for further information regarding your child's vaccines. 

Parents are asked to listen carefully to the news on the television or radio for the latest information regarding school closings or delays. Please avoid calling the
